A teacher web page is a web page designed by a classroom teacher for their class. It is a great way to post school and class information. As well as a way to post contact information, just in case a parent needs to get ahold of the teacher. Overall, a teacher web page is another way to communicate with a class when they are not in the classroom.
A teacher web page would be a great tool in Physical Education. I would use a teacher web to communicate with my students parents. I could post the syllabus to the class and all of my contact information: that way the parents know the entire schedule for the year and how to contact me. Another way I want to use a teacher web page is to post pictures and videos of the students in class. I think parents will love this.
The Pros of a teacher web page our easy. It allows teachers to communicate with their class and the parents of the class without being face to face with them. Is a great way for absent students to know what they have missed and it also can be a great platform to post web links on. The cons are that if a student does not have a computer or the internet he or she cannot access the teacher web page. Another con is that if the teacher web page goes down the teacher most has a good back up plan, if their lesson requires it.

Podcasts
Podcasting is the way to publish and distribute your thoughts across the web; any person
can transmit audio files using RSS to the computers of subscribed user. Many radio stations and some individuals do
daily Podcast that can be listened to at any time by their users. Some call Podcasting the DVR or TiVo of
radio.
Podcast
are great to use in Physical Education. Many
PE teachers can use them to set up a lesson they would like to do the following
day. However, one-way I will like to use
podcast is a soundtrack to my class. I cannot
only put music on the Pod can also put instructions. For example, if I want to do a fifty-minute class
in five-minute circuits, I can have the music switch every five minutes with
the prerecorded instructions of what they are supposed to do.
The
pros of a Pod cast are that students can here instructions without the teacher
being there. Therefore, students can
listen to lessons at home if they miss a class.
Teachers can also use Podcast to make a soundtrack for their class. The cons of Podcast are that the students
need to have access to the internet and be able to use a computer. The cons of teachers using Podcast is that
they have to have an internet equipped classroom, and they have to be flexible enough
to adapt incase there in classroom computer goes down.

Web Quest
A web quest is a way to take an online journey with a class using the
web. By using web quest a teacher can lead every student through a lesson
at each student own pace. A web quest can last as short as a single class
period, up to an entire semester.
A lot of educators do not think that Physical Education teachers can use technology in their classrooms. I completely disagree. Using a web quest would an excellent way to implement the sports model into a class. In a sports model students will learn every aspect of a sports team. Including the coaches, players, manager act. By using a web quest I could have students look up all the information online the night before, rather than wasting precious class time.
The pros of a web quest are that students can work at their own pace, can work from home, and teachers can save class time. While the cons of a web quest are students have to have a computer with internet access. Students have to work from home or a teacher must use a classroom with computers
